This is my second take on a custom built case. My intend was to build one that is only half as big as my previous one. You can check it out here: https://builds.gg/mgb00s/battlebox-1-0-sff-gaming-rig-10898
It is about 20.5cm x 20.3cm x 7.5cm; that’s only 3.1 litre!!! The front panel and side air intake are 3D printed. They were the first part I’ve ever printed, that needed to fit somewhere in size. It took some iterations until the I/O and all the other dimensions fitted correctly. Also the surface quality isn’t that nice. Performance wise it’s meant to be a HTPC/ Budget Gaming PC. It’s build to fit a half height gpu like a 1050ti. In combination with a Pentium G4560 and an SSD it has got enough power for some causal couch gaming.
It’s not perfect in terms of the design or build quality, but It thought me some mechanical and 3D printing skills. It has been like a test build before building the project 3.0 : https://builds.gg/mgb00s/project-3-0-11726
