I built this system because I've been putting up with a laptop for a while that just didn't have the power that I wanted. On top of that, the laptop's thermals were so disgustingly bad that I had to cap FPS on every single thing I played because anything over about 60% load would land it over 80C. With this new system, I made sure I won't have to worry about thermals (or not having enough power) for many years to come. I chose the name Emperium because... I dunno, sounds cool :)
