Built this with a $800 budget for a friend back in 2018.
she liked a white build, and it reminded her of Elsa so I decided to go with a white and blue theme.
I had watercooling stuff in stock so I just gave her that. didn't have an am4 block back then so I reused the Fractal S36 block. lol. looks ugly but it worked so meeh.

just rebuilt it this quarantine. replaced the block and rerun the tubes.
stuck a mirror tint on the GPU backplate to hide that ugly msi dragon.pretty happy with it.
