After 6 years with my old Dell Inspiron N5110 15R (i7-2670QM 6GB GT525M - not a gamer, but definetly no slouch even today) i got into collage this year and thanks to my good grades i got govermental scholarship and everithing so the money i saved up over the years was now good to go into my first ever PC.
Altough, I had the money i wanted to do this build as cheap as possible and be a gaming powerhouse at the same time. First, i was looking at the old Dell office prebuilts, but i wanted to go on the AMD route and those old motherboards are preatty funky with them so luckily i stumbled upon an ugly prebuilt with horrible case and an ASUS P8Z68 motherboard with 16GB of ram and an i7 3770 and the owner slapped in a brand new 600W PSU for 300 Euros. Exactly what i was looking for. So, hence the name Phoenix, because it was an old office pc and now she is reborn from her ashes. I picked up an EX mining Rx580 with 2.5 years of warranty and easy to swap fans for 185 Euros. As soon as these arrived i picked up a nice case and my dream pc is done and it only costed my just over 500 Euros. I was able to sell my Xbox One for a good price so this is even lover after all.
