"Crystal Clear" - 2019 Gaming PC
So coming in to this build I pretty much knew what I wanted. Near "no compromises" build, yet having an air cooler and a good looking chassis. I still don't think that an AIO liquid cooler is worth it, other than for looks.
The Dark Rock Pro 4 keeps the 9900k at @ 4.8GHz (1.248 V) below 80 degrees Celsius when gaming. And this thing is a beast to cool I gotta say.
The last time I had a Gainward graphics card was around 10-15 years ago, and I have no regrets getting the Gainward Phoenix GS 2080Ti as my GPU. It's a wonderful card, with boosts hitting almost 1900Mhz for the core at default clock speeds. The card stays cool too at low 70's Celsius in heavy gaming.
Main reason for this PC was the desire to build a computer, I've upgraded once every 3 years, and the ability to play newest AAA-titles at 4K 60fps on my 4K TV.
I hope I won't have regrets building this when AMD Navi series GPU's launch this year. Possibly also going to see something new from NVIDIA in 2020 latest.
Please let me know in the comments section if you have any questions on the build. I'd be glad to answer them! :)
NOTE: The HDD is actually "Western Digital 2TB Caviar Black, SATA 3, 7200rpm, 64MB", but this couldn't be selected from builds.gg components.
