CM Computers: Skynet 9900K 2080ti

Updated our SpaceX build into a Skynet build with a 9900K.
The 2080ti now has a 380W bios and hits 2160mhz while the 9900K is hitting 5.0ghz all core. It can go up to 5.1-5.2 but not for long term use.

Enjoy.
