monitor is broken but have to have it plugged in or the windows 10 wont boot TV works on been switch on and off a bit by it self

AMD 8320 7970 720P TV/broken monitor
I have a AMD 8320 7970 GHz ED 16GB DDR3 not matching found the other 8GB in a shop with a noctua CPU cooler 750W power supply iffy windows 10 pro compaq keyboard and a Chinese mouse that double clicks and if I try to drag an item on screen it drops sometimes 5 stock fans gets hot!!! got a 720p tv and had a 19 inch monitor that died and I can't get windows to boot up windows 10 without hooking it up so I have to have a broken monitor on my stand so there's that other then that nothing much not sure what the case is but its a mid tower o and IDK what brand my hard drive is sorry and I don't know what case I have so I'm going to pick a random again sorry
