Avid Enthusiast of Computers and Technology, started as fascination and tinkerer progressed into an addiction, once I got my first job. I have built 3 personal computers over the past 7 years. Tinkered and upgraded prior to that. Got my first desktop at the age of 7 as a hand-me down. Worked for my father, cleaning tables and chairs in a family pub. Worked until I could afford to purchase video games, as a 7-8 year old I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Call of duty 2. Eventually when i was about 11 I bought a new sandbox game called Minecraft and from that point on wards it was over. I spent every dollar I made from various jobs to buy games, accessories and components. Never looked back since.

Origins of my username: During primary school I would walk home past a vacant block, that block was overgrown and infested with weeds. The most prevalent weeds were Paddy Melons (Cucumis myriocarpus), one of my friends began calling me paddy melon. Once I had a stable internet connection to my computer I named myself Paddy. Only issues was there where so many other people named the same and on most platforms the name was already taken. So I altered the spelling and have remained the same every since.
