Custom watercooled PC build

Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL | EKWB | CableMod | Vertical GPU | ROG

Started with purchasing the most popular Lian Li Dynamic XL ( ROG Certified ). Since the day 1, I wanted to do mount my GPU vertically ( I know it's has just aesthetic benefits when it comes to watercooling ). So, I've used Lian Li O11DXL-1 Upright Display Card Kit.

Below are the list of component I've used in my build with the explanation why I've chosen them. You may have different opinion on them, if so please share them as a comment.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XII HERO (WI-FI)

• Great built in OC features
  
• Z490 latest chipset
  
• 10th gen CPU socket
  
• Built-in WiFi6
  
• Great amount of headers (2xARGB, PWM water-pump, water temp/flow sensors, plenty of PWM fan headers, 2xUSB 3.2 a.k.a TypeC, etc.)
  

ROG STRIX RTX2080S O8G

• TI was over the budget :(
  
• Next best GPU with OC capability
  
• EKWB waterblock support
  

TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz

• Cheaper but good build quality
  
• Beyond 3200Mhz is not going to give a big improvement
  
• ARGB support
  

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB4 NVMe - M.2

• Great performance
  
• Read speed is almost same as the PRO version but less heat generation
  

Deepcool CF120 Plus 3 fan set x 2

• No doubt, these are not good as EK-Vardar fans
  
• Cheaper for a ARGB + PWM supported fans
  
• ARGB and PWM fan hub
  
• Great air pressure (2.08 mmAq) and low noise (≤28.8 dB(A)) even thought it's a case fan
