Greetings builds.gg members!
The month of March marked the return of the 10K Challenge, this time in partnership with EK! Thanks to kickass sponsors EKWB, noblechairs, Endgame Gear, Performance PCs, Crucial, Thermal Grizzly, and CableMod, we managed to not only assemble a ton of hardware prizes for the builds.gg community, but a whopping $10,000 in cash to give away to our top 3 builds.
The EK 10K Challenge brought in over 1,000 contestants. It was truly an epic battle between the top builds, and when there's ever big prize money on the line, a little drama is sometimes inevitable. However, now that the dust has settled, it's time to announce our top three winners of the EK 10K Challenge:
- 1st place - Talos by Dalain - $5,000
- 2nd place - SATY by Timpelay - $3,000
- 3rd place - Ikigai by Nick Falzone - $2,000

If you're not in the top 3, there's nothing to worry about. All of our sponsors have also put up some amazing hardware prizes, and we will be giving these away at random to not only contest participants, but also those who voted for builds. The winners for those are confirmed now and are shown on the contest page.
We want to take the time once again to thank all of our amazing sponsors who made this contest possible. Without their generous support, we simply cannot bring these kinds of events to our community. Of course, we also want to thank the entire builds.gg community for not only entering their builds into the contest, but also taking the time to vote on their favorites. Your enthusiasm for our events makes everything a lot more fun!
