(in the case that's an EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked I bought from a colleague for like 7€, was a temporary upgrade before getting that new GPU, unfortunately it bricked after about 2 months. RIP)

Can you imagine what a pain it is to get the fan connectors to stay together? Wish they'd be stiffer...
This thing cost a third of the whole build...
Oh yeah, if you're questioning why a Ti: there were almost no standard 80s a month and half ago and the few that were cost almost as much as the Ti... so why not get the 10% extra performance if for what's 1.25x MSRP rather than pay 2.5x MSRP for a 3080 non-Ti? If there were 3080s for the 720€ MSRP I would've picked that... but there weren't...

Also put my nickname on the GPU's display... Although it's for nothing, really, the case is under my desk and doesn't have glass panel so nobody's gonna see it anyway... Except for me when cleaning or checking something...

That's right, a bar of plastic.
Why would you need a complex GPU anti-sag bracket or something like that when you could just measure and cut up a plastic bar at work to put under your GPU and get the same job done?
(All I hope is that it's heat resistant and won't melt under sustained heavy load... tried OCCT's power load test for like half hour, outputting a lot of heat... the bar seems to hold out unchanged, so probably everything's OK... it's at the bottom of the case too, there should be less heat and fresh air supply as well... we'll see)

My new desk, telescopic.
(don't look at those bottles of water and soda, lol, I stocked up recently on a couple bundles and put them there to prevent dog from getting at the cables... we have a puppy beagle, 3 months old, she loves biting stuff, especially cables... and me)
The monitor is old, it doesn't even have HDMI, I had to use a HDMI-DVI-D cable, lol. Have a new monitor in plan, probably the 27" Dell Alienware AW2721D, maybe two of them actually... no money for these right now tho, gotta save up...
There's still a lot more I'm looking to improve on this whole setup...
Kinda wanted to shoot an image with the RGB illuminating the inside but it was too dark so here's the final build shot with flash...
The middle fan has separate control, and has a different start/stop PWM%, which is why it's not spinning here yet...
That's a HUGE box... and heavy...
Don't mind the cables, it's provisional... cable management pending.

For years have I been talking about getting myself a new PC...
Well, my 11 years old PC just couldn't cough up the FPS anymore, and for some games it straight up wouldn't run them at all or ran them so badly even on lowest possible details that it was unplayable
So I finally did... In the worst possible market state, when everything was expensive...
Aside from keyboard and mouse I don't really do RGB (even those are mostly static color I like), so whatever component inside the case is just white, dimmed to a decent level where it just slightly illuminates the inside. Rainbow puke is forbidden :)
There's still a lot more work I intend to put into this, mostly the setup around, the case and it's inside components are final.
