R9 5950X / i5 9600K dual system workstation, Mk II
A major update to my first pass at a dual system build, with a lot more space to allow this awesome hardware to shine
---
Motivation
I only build a new PC about once every four years, and only when I see a "step function" advancement in a particular area that's super exciting.
In this case, the Ryzen 9 3950x was just what I was looking for!
How the system will be used
Case choice was inspired by Jayztwocents, and I'm impressed that I've been able to fit 13 120mm fans and dual 480mm + 360mm + 240mm + 120mm rads, all while "un-hiding" the second system, relative to how things were set up in the Evolv X

How the system will be used
- Day job: lots of analysis jobs that involve building hundreds of Java, Python, C++ and JS programs and performing static analysis
- Side job: streaming software engineering instructional video content (key concern: I don't want my compile slowed down by video encoding)
- Night job: games
