TL;DR - This system is absolutely amazing. Runs cool and efficiently, iCUE link software is amazing, the 7950x3d is absolutely overkill but I love it, and the 4070 Ti Super is a great card if you want to spend under $1000 for a 16gb NVidia card.
Starting with the 7950x3d, I was initially concerned about the ccd switching with the x3d cache and non x3d cache, but I think this platform and drivers have had enough time to properly mature because I have had absolutely 0 issues after installing proper bios/drivers/xbox game bar. I've also been using Process Lasso to ensure core efficiency which has been an excellent tool. The temps on this thing are amazing, gaming it never gets past 60c, and when stressing it with Cinebench, it never reaches TJmax of 89c and sits more comfortably at an 81c. One of my biggest use cases for this CPU are VR usage, which is great to keep all the VR processing on the x3d cores, while being able to throw every other program I have open on the non x3d cores, keeping my vr latency (I play over wifi) extremely low, extremely smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely not recommend this CPU for everyone, especially those who only game, just get the 7800x3d. But if you do more than just game and have the budget, this CPU will be your best friend.
Onto the motherboard, the x670e Taichi was an easy pick for me. Over the course of having my x570 Taichi for 4 years, it was probably the most stable motherboard I ever owned. Anytime I experienced a blue screen or full system freeze up, it was because of myself pushing the OC limits, so I love these taichi boards for their reliability. Connection is great, taking full use of my Lian Li O11D Evo XL providing 4 front usb ports, and plenty more connectivity in the IO panel. I've taken full advantage of the FOUR m.2 slots on this board with 2 990 pros and 2 980 pros, each of them being 2 TBs. Each of these SSD's have been a godsend to me, and I can't believe I went all this time without having a Gen 4 PCIE drive. Load times are AMAZING and the system, in tandem with the 7950x3d, overall just feels super snappy and smooth, somehow Moreso noticeable than my old 5800x.
The 4070 Ti Super (While a mouthful) is an absolute beast of a GPU. Coming from a 2080, its about a 100% increase in performance. All I primarily do is gaming with some minor workstation stuff but nothing crazy, with a little bit of VR thrown in there. Everything I've thrown at this gpu, it has excelled in every aspect. The custom water block was a bit of a hassle at first (Thermal pads included weren't right size so i had to order different sizes to get it to cool everything properly), but now that its seated properly, this card never goes above 50c max. Games im playing the most right now are Cyberpunk, RDR2 and WoW. Cyberpunk and RDR2 get about 90 and 100fps respectively. I'm not even sure the 4070TS knows it is running anything when I am playing WoW, GPU usage barely reaches above 30%. Would highly recommend this card if you are upgrading from a 20 series GPU, its a whole new world of performance.
The monitors i use are 1440p 165hz panels that have been amazing to use so far, and with GSYNC included it makes life even better. Not the best in terms of colors, but I care more for refresh rate and pixel clarity anyhow.
Lastly, the loop in this system is mainly a corsair loop with the CPU block, Radiators, and Pump (Which all perform very well!) but the GPU block is from Alphacool. I originally had corsairs XG3 GPU block for the 4070TS, but after looking at the design more, I wasn't confident in the XG3's ability to first, touch all the VRAM chips, and secondly, even manage to keep the VRM's cool for long periods of time with the hybrid cooling setup. I game for long periods and I had low expectations for that strange block to keep it cool over time, but this block from Alphacool, after some tinkering to get it just right, is performing VERY well for its price, compared to EK blocks.
Overall, this system has been GREAT after getting all the drivers updated. If you don't work on those drivers, you will absolutely have a rougher time. I plan on remaining on this platform for quite some time, just as i did with my x570 motherboard, only thing I may consider is upgrading to a Nvidia 5000 series depending on the performance uplift over the 4000 series.
