The LED's on the MSI AIO are very blue, had to adjust red to almost 25 percent to get white out of it

Memory woes
So after a bit of trouble (one of the 2 memory kits had a DOA stick) got my RMA back and sadly 4400 at cl19 was just a bit too hot for 2x2 on the board even after a bios flash, did some testing at 4266 and cl19 would boot but would also crash after a while, ended up defaulting everything and using memory try it. Finally settled at 4000mhz and cl15 after we tuning and testing, looks like the tighter timings made up for the loss of 400mhz freq.
So basically the performance is the same as before but with 32gb now. Given the low price of the memory kits 130$ each I'm pretty happy with the result, though if you want to make 4400+ you probably should go with more expensive higher quality stuff
Case prep
Tear down case, installed standoffs, removed fan cover on base, tore down front panel and removed foam for better flow, reassembled all
Part swap / use plan
Replaced ML fans with Arctic fans, Arctic grey fits carbon theme better, using dual 140mm so the shroud plate can be installed and keep the cleaner look.
Intent is to run MCE on 10700k, board has excellent VRM though limited input filtering, that should be fine for MCE for gaming, mainly concerned about memory performance, and MSI uses excellent memory traces and PCB insulation.
Using a mix of airflow focused 140mm front panel fans with pressure optimized 120mm fans for AIO and rear case fan.
Pending parts: motherboard, case fans, PSU and cable mod sleeved cables
Board arrived
Board is in, was a little angry with Amazon, they sent the board with no outer packaging just the motherboard box, which appeared to have been opened. That being said, upon inspection everything is in the box and nothing appears to be damaged, but come on Amazon its not like it was a 5$ pen, it's a 300$ motherboard geez.
Everything except cables
Everything is in except cables, but they will be here Monday.
Test fitting and noticed the meshify clearance for top mount radiator is just barely 60 mils.
Had to reposition the rad a bit to fit it and fans
Fractal made the problem worse by indenting the top panel to hide the rather pointless dust filter.
Since it does fit I'm not going to take a mallet to it yet lol, but was a bit irritated with a design error that is so easy to avoid.
All that's left is the cables and final assembly.
Build complete / Testing underway / Pics to follow
Posting test results to Build
Pics will follow, had alot of fun building this, memory is stable at 4400MHz but had a DOA stick of ram first one in a while
thankfully the other set is fine so testing may commence
