Check out my youtube video for me rambling about my computer. It's been working great so far and has totally been worth it!
I got the graphics card from a friend who disassembled the heatsync from it, so I bought and adapter and used an AIO from Thermaltake to keep it nice and chilly (plus more RGB, so I can't even complain, I'll probably leave the damn thing in there anyway when I upgrade my card). Beyond that it's a pretty standard build (besides the headache of flashing the motherboard). I love it being open and exposed, and while I don't clean it that much, I haven't noticed too much dust accumulating so that's good!
