My sons last machine was starting to show its age so I put together a new one for him. He had his last machine on the floor (I know, I know) but he now has a sit / stand desk so he needs the PC on it. He didn't want it to be too large so he had more room for his college work, hence the SFF build. I went with the Cooler Master NR200 as I've built in it before and it's not that expensive. I also went with a 3060 as at the time the price was decent and he's not a heavy PC gamer.
