The Devil's Sauna. Mini ITX 8700K RTX 2080
This was supposed to be a another prebuilt for eBay. While I did finish it, unfortunately one of the standoffs for the glass fell out because the hole was drilled too large. I was still waiting on an answer about a replacement side panel but decided to RMA because I can't keep waiting. Also I would be changing cases anyways. The glass on this case sits way too close to the chassis. Easily a 30°c difference between the glass on or off. Open shroud GPU coolers will feed off their own heat instead of cool air. Especially those that let a lot of air exit under the GPU when vertically mounted. CPU temps can be brought down a little if you play with the case fan configuration but the GPU hits thermal throttle quick with any case fan configuration and the glass on. I'll be doing a build in this one later with a different hardware configuration.
If you really want to use this case then you will need to double or triple the gap on the glass side panels. You can screw a couple of standoffs together with a washer (see pictures) to gain more space. I would also recommend a blower style GPU or an open shroud one that only vents upwards. This case also appears to fit a Corsair H5SF cooler if you use an sfx power supply.
As you can see I had to modify the CPU cooler slightly to get it to fit like I wanted. Test fit shows a perfect thermal paste spread, but this cooler is a serious pain to install. Screws need to be a tiny bit longer. With the glass panel off it runs 4.8ghz all core with 0 AVX offset nice and cool. Mainly because of this motherboards awesome power handling. Easily undervolts and overclocks an 8700k
You will also have to get creative with hiding your wires if you want a clean install in this case.
