This was my first inverted build - definitely feels weird when you first start. While temps were fine, the front panel isn't very well ventilated by today's standards.
No GPU sag in this position, so that was nice. In retrospect, I should have flipped the rear fan to intake to help with the limited front panel - but again, temps were fine in this configuration.
The "Radeon" logo and RGB panel on the GPU, as well as the AIO pump cover, were upside down. Modding them wasn't too difficult, although I did have to tear down the GPU fan shroud.
I make all my own sleeved cables. The 24-pin was comically short, but they end up being incredibly clean. Even the stock cables would have looked pretty nice, although they're not sleeved.
Interior is spacious and easy to work in. Depending on your hardware lighting, it could benefit from some interior lighting strips (if you're into that sort of thing.
Cable management ends up being so clean with the SYNCRO power block.
Even with the fan and RGB wires, there's still plenty of room for extra drives, controllers, etc.

SeaSonic SYNCRO Q704 - inverted build with some unique cable management and other mods
Wanted to share a recent build I did in the SYNCRO Q704 from SeaSonic. It's a really unique case that just never really caught on. The PSU is their SYNCRO DPC-850, which has a distro block that moves the ports closer to the board and components, simplifying cable management. I did full custom cables anyway, which turned out really well. Other hardware included a 5800X3D CPU and an RX 6950 XT GPU - these were technically "last gen" when I built it, but they're still very relevant today.
There were a few case and hardware mods. Because it's an inverted case, the labeling/RGB panel on the GPU was upside-down - I modded both so that they were back in their intended orientation. I flipped the AIO cover so the MSI dragon wasn't doing a head stand. I also stenciled a dragonfly on the front of the case (it was for a client's wife, it has some personal meaning for her).
I've always been a fan of SeaSonic's PSUs, so was excited to build in this case when it was announced. It's a really well-built case, and easy to work in. Not sure what all factors went into its lack of popularity, but I'd love to see them have another go at it.
