Had a bunch of SFF parts left over from a previous build along with a Aorus Gaming Box (external gpu) that had a busted motherboard and power supply, so I set out to build a super small form factor build that I could run MX Linux on for some various home automation projects I am working on.
Salvaging the fully operation 1080 gpu from the external gpu I ordered myself a Velka 3 case which was pretty much the smallest case readily available state side that I could find at 3.9 L.
Working in this case was of course challenging but in the end it all went in pretty easily although I had a bad power button supplied by the company and had to wait for a replacement.
If you want small form factor and can get your hands on a sff gpu, this case is pretty great. Thermals are pretty good under load and am pretty happy with it given the use case. and pretty insane to think I can fit this powerful machine along with a monitor and keyboard in a backpack and setup just as easily has having a laptop.
