Pastel Pink Cat ♡ pink and white PC build (gaming + video editing)

This pink kitty themed build goes out to every single comment I got on my first pink PC that said 'all that for valorant/roblox/kitchen simulator/genshin', since this is the second high-end PC I've ever built from scratch, and my first experience with watercooling! That being said, this build is specifically catered to my needs as a content creator who needs specs that can handle heavy post-production for 4k60fps video, i.e, colour grading, lots of animated motion graphics, etc. I found that my previous PC -the Sakura Build- was quite underspecced for the amount of work I wanted to do on it. Whenever I had Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator open simultaneously, it would start to choke, plus Da Vinci Resolve would NOT stop crashing upon opening. That was a major user problem for me, so I created this build to handle my needs as a visual artist, animator, designer, youtuber, gamer, and eventually streaming too!

This build has been the most AMBITIOUS project I've ever done, it took months and multiple re-designs before getting to the stage that it is now! You can pretty much see the whole process of how it progressed over on my TikTok. It was originally intended to be a dual-loop system with two reservoirs, but I couldn't fit both inside of the 011D EVO. I designed every aspect of this build myself by hand, and I couldn't be more proud of how it's turned out. I truly feel as though I poured my heart and soul into getting this silly little computer to the finish line, and it definitely wasn't easy...! The hardline tubing took me well over 1 week of constant work in 40°C heat, remeasuring, rebending, messing up a bunch of off-cuts, etc, before I managed to get them right. I had x6 of Corsair's hardline PETG tubes and ended up using all six of them, though I saved one of my unused bent tubes so that I can drain the loop with ease later on. I wouldn't have actually needed all six, if it hadn't been for my bending tool putting black marks all over one of the heart tubes I'd gotten perfect (I had to scrap it as a result and that still frustrates me...!)

I also had custom cable mods made from scratch by a friend, which took about 4 weeks to complete whilst balancing the work with his full-time job and personal life. I designed the look of the cables, picked out the colour materials and purchased the necessary supplies, which were shipped to him to work on. He did an AMAZING job, and I'm in love with them. They also accidentally ended up looking like the trans flag (my cables said trans rights).

I'll be uploading a video to my YouTube channel (@celestefleurs) about this build and the entire process that's gone into making it, as well as behind-the-scenes and progress updates on my Patreon. In the meantime, whilst I'm editing everything together, I post short videos and stuff of my Strawberry Cat PC over on my TikTok + Instagram if you wanna see more! ♡

The only thing the hardware list is missing is the EK-Cryofuel RYB dye pack I used to make the pink coolant, it retails for around £12.49. The build overall cost a lot more to make than the total price listed, I believe it cost closer to £5.5k with materials like spraypaint, etc, included!
