Trying to figure out tubing runs and where to put the drain valve
Trying to figure out tubing runs and where to put the drain valve
First tubing run finished!
GPU installed, finishing up tubing
Tubing done! moved the drain valve
All filled and lit up (before Dragon Center was installed)
Dragon Center installed! All RGB lighting changed to white (yes, I know I'm basic and unoriginal lol)
Complete! Just gotta wait for those pesky air bubbles to go away
Overtly Achromatic
So as much as I love my little H200/1600X/1660ti ITX build, something wasn't quite right. I desired a more powerful build with a cleaner aesthetic. For months I scoured the web, looking for good deals. Finally, I accumulated all of the parts and was ready to get into the nitty gritty.
This new build consists of - Ryzen 7 3700X (no OC) - MSI X570 MEG Unify - 16GB (2x8GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600mhz CL16 (XMP enabled) - 500GB HP EX950 M.2-2280 boot drive - 1TB Sabrent Rocket M.2-2280 general storage drive - MSI Radeon RX 5700XT - Corsair Rm750x power supply - NZXT H510 Elite case - Cablemod Cable Kit in white
The custom loop is comprised of - EK Velocity AM4 CPU block - EK Quantum Vector Radeon RX 5700XT Special Edition D-RGB GPU block - Phanteks R220C D-RGB reservoir - Darkside 240mm Crossflow radiator - Darkside 120mm radiator - Barrow fittings 3/8"ID 5/8" OD - EK ZMT matte black tubing 3/5" ID 5/8" OD - EK Cryofuel Clear - 4x Corsair LL120 White RGB fans
You'll notice that I removed the white cable management bar. This was due to a fitment issue with the 240mm crossflow radiator. The cable management bar was sitting right in the way of the top port. And the offset fitting I ended up using hit the cable management bar, so it had to go bye bye!
Sorry if this seemed like a rushed build log. I will be updating with newer, nicer pictures once I get around to busting out the camera instead of my phone.
