The computer, in all its messy loveliness. I always keep the sidepanel on, only took it off for this pic.
Massive upgrade from my shitty 2011 HP Laptop
Keyboard, mouse and off brand mousepad from China.
My awful 24 inch, 60 hz, screen. (Definitely the next upgrade)
My budget build. (November 2018)
Some notes: There IS actually a theme for this build. The theme is "I'm relatively poor but I also like to play video games on PC". If I could afford RGB and all that jazz, I'd probably have made a toned down black and white build. The peripherals, as well as the external harddrive, were incremental upgrades, and wasn't bought on the same date as the computer components, which were all bought in November 2018. (Monitor May(?) 2017 - HDD in Oct/Nov 2017 - Mouse bought in April 2018 - Keyboard & Headset in September 2018) The off-brand mousepad/keyboard mat cost me €16,20 including shipping in August 2017, and I got it in like 2 weeks.
Put together with the help from a very good friend, providing 2 components and a hand or two. I wouldn't consider it done as there's a lot of upgrades that can be made to the build. For now, it's doing it's job and I'm happy with it.
