Power outlet waas re-routed to the back corner internally.
Symmetrical fan holes on both sides.
Slim fan on the radiator has no hassles keeping it cool.
Subtle Yellow glow is my preference
Pulsating green is alright too.
Its 2019 guys, don't think you could get away without there being a Unicorn mode!
Phantecs Halos Lux RBG frames can even make Noctuas pretty!
Squeezed a gtx 1070 and 6core i5 in here and they both stay excellently quiet and cool with a little oc on the gpu. Noctuas make a massive difference in compact builds!
Busy on the backside.
Compulsory haul pic.
Motherboard tray was cut & modified from an old case.
The PSU & HDD 'basement' is a sheet of tin folded & cut to my measurements and secured under the mb tray.
Set it up for her and everything.
Shes a unicorn mode sorta Gal!
Mini Fallout Pip-Box
This is a surprise PC I've just finished for my girlfriends birthday, however I had originally thought of the concept back in 2015, I just needed a good excuse to build it!
The aim of the build was to assemble a pc that was cost efficient, quiet & good performing for university studies and casual 1080p gaming for many years. And then squish it all into this box!
For those who don't recognise it, it's the storage box from the Fallout 4 Special Edition.
The build spanned over 4 months picking up a few eBay specials. However the most difficult work was simply measuring & researching components, trying to ensure I didn't cut any wrong holes and that everything would actually fit.
