Just a ordinary amd/Nvidia hyrbid build

I built this PC after I made enough money from lifeguard job and I'm loving it. I no longer play games or Photoshop on my craptop and letting this machine handle all the hard work. My only complaint is the heat it produces (it's nice in winter lol).
