This is my main gaming rig. The Z370 motherboard needs a BIOS update to support the 9900K. Everything fit nicely except for the GPU. The back plate was too thick to fit under the Noctua NH-D15 so I had to install it on the bottom PCIe slot. The D15S would provide better clearance for the GPU so I'd recommend going with that instead instead of the regular D15. The RAM slots on the EVGA Z370 Micro align perfectly with the gap between the bottom part of the heatsink and the front fan of the D15 that you can mount the fan almost flush with the motherboard. You can see the RGB lights from the RAM just behind the front fan in the picture. There is an RGB LED strip on the top of the case. Both the LED strip and the rear fan are connected to an RGB controller which can be toggled with a remote.
The 9900K runs at 5GHz at 1.2V + 0.5V offset. It idles at 30C but can get toasty at 90C+ when running prime95 or aida64 FPU test. RAM is running at 4000MHz, 16-17-17-36 timings at 1.425V. Could probably push higher frequencies but didn't want to raise the voltage too much. The 2080 Ti runs at +250MHz core and +1000MHz memory. The actual frequency fluctuates between 1900MHz to 2150MHz when gaming. It runs all my games maxed out at 1440p smooth like butter.
