Details:
At idle the GPU sits at 40 celsius and the CPU at 45 celsius. The only fans moving are on the CPU radiator, the GPU radiator and case fans are not needed. The system draws around 130W and the PSU is totally silent with the fan off.

Under load the CPU gets up to 55 celsius and the GPU to 54 celsius. The GPU fans are running around 800RPM and the CPU fans also around 800 RPM, the fan on the back of the case sits around 400RPM just to feed cold air into the GPU radiator. The system draws around 500W, but the fans are not needed on the PSU as its around 40 celsius. So even under max load the system is totally silent.
