Going into this new build, I knew I wanted to go for a black and white look. The NZXT h500i is in my opinion the cleanest looking case right now, especially the interior, so I started with that. The Asus prime x470 pro was the only motherboard I really liked the look of that had all the features I wanted at my price point. For graphics, I absolutely love the solid white backplate on the gigabyte OC white, and the rgb logo looks great too. Also, binned tu104 a die for the easy overclock. I'm running on an r5 2600x cooled by a corsair hydro h100i rgb pro. Strangely, it runs warm while idle even with the pump running, high 30s but never gets above 71-72 under load.
When I had started building, I figured I would leave all the addressable rgb features on solid white, but upon turning it on for the first time with everything cycling rgb by default, I loved it. I changed everything to white to see how it looked, but I went back to the settings shown in the pictures. The case lighting is solid white and the motherboard, cooler, ram, and GPU LEDs cycle rgb.
Edit: Since posting this build I've seated the DIMMs into the correct slots hehehe
