First try

Having always been a console gamer from the original mega drive then the playstation 1 and every playstation after that up to the PS4 pro I decided it was time for a change! I got a Razer blade gaming laptop 2 years ago and playing on that showed me how much more enjoyment I was getting from PC gaming not to mention the vast back catalogue of potential games. So I decided to build a proper PC so over a few months I collected the components, I was lucky and managed to buy the 5600x on launch day but failed miserably like everyone else to secure a 3070 or 3080 as was my plan. Disheartened but not out, a 4 month old barely used 2070 super was offered to me for a steal so I snapped it up and to be honest couldn't be happier! Solid 144fps with g sync on Apex legends and well over 200fps on Doom it's brilliant. System has lightning fast loading times. Temperatures seem good which is something I was concerned about given the case and the 120mm radiator. In all I couldn't be happier! Most amazed that it worked first time I switched it on. Literally only issue I had was when I opened the new m.2 box bought from Amazon it was empty!! Angry wasn't the word!!

For those interested the motherboard had an out of date bios f2 on it but still booted and recognised the CPU however I updated it straight away to the latest bios before installing windows or anything else.
