I wanted to do something different for my workstation build, as well as conserve my desk space. The name says everything about the theme. To keep the theme throughout the build, I painted the rad as well as the FLT 120 trim white. To break the monotony of the all-white theme, I filled the loop with EK Azure Blue with matching PSU cables. For the mounting space, I wanted the rear IO to face the backwall and the front IO to face the front, so inverted the Core P3. I decided to not use the long metal pipes and the tempered glass to make this a true open air, wall mounted build.
The GPU and Bykski block are oriented upside down and have been performing well with no issues. Prior, some have told me the idea of mounting the GPU block upside down would cause issues, but so far so good. I set a custom fan curve as well as modified pump speed for a whisper quiet operation. The one detail I forgot to tend to was covering up the upside down Thermaltake logo :). For future updates, I plan to either repaint the Core P3 case white or skin it with some textured white vinyl wrap and fabricate custom motherboard armor (in white and azure blue trim) to bring the theme even more together. I previously had a 3900X in this build, my friend subsequently sold me his 5950X for a steal. I have also added benchmark comparisons vs the 3900X.
