budget AIO for CPU and GPU

For those out there willing to cool down the CPU and GPU but still in a budget, there are a few workarounds that help you save some money. you just need to be handy. In my case I have replaced all the stock AIO fans for Noctua´s, the thermal paste as well was replaced for Thermal Grizzly. I am still working on the wire management. Give me some feedback and ideas to improve!!
