Blast from the near past! TJ08-e M-ATX build from 5 years back
I really don't have the guts to post my current FD R4 build, since let's be honest: there's nothing to look at. It's as simple as it gets, so I rather post a build I did over 5 years ago of my all time favourite computer build I have built to date. It's not super special with custom watercooling loops everywhere but still it was quite unique at the time, since I really strived for extreme performance in a super compact form factor with great cooling and overclocking capabilities. Also, this was the first time I really went all in for my PC. I hope you guys enjoy, and if nothing else, get some nostalgia of the good ol' Ivy Bridge days.
After this build I also built a pretty baller PC into a EVGA Hadron Air (remember that case?) but unfortunately I don't have any decent pictures of it in store so I'll just have to resort to this one :/
My part list (put together in september of 2013):
Silverstone Temjin TJ08-e
i7 3770k (Clocked to 4,5Ghz stable)
ASUS Maximus V Gene
MSI GTX 770 Lightning (later upgraded to a Radeon HD 7990)
RipjawsX 4x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Antec Kuhler H20 620 V2 AIO
Intel 330 180GB SSD
WD Caviar Black 2TB
