Blackbeard

This is my one and only PC. Some of the components remain from my original build (this is my second), but most of it was new at the time of creating this build, and several components have been upgraded or added over time.

The name of this build is "Blackbeard," after the famous Pirate Edward "Blackbeard" Teach. I chose this name because a large majority of the components and peripherals used for this build are made by Corsair, which is not only a term similar to Pirate, but is also a type of ship, hence why Corsair's logo looks a lot like the sails of a ship.

I'm very fond of LED and RGB lighting, so there's a lot of it inside the build itself, and also in the other aspects of the build (peripherals, ambient lighting, my desk, etc).

This build is amazing, and I love the way that it looks, as well as how it performs. I never find myself struggling for performance in any of the games that I play, and I'm able to play them at or close to the highest graphical settings the game has to offer.

My CPU has been delidded, liquid metal applied, and then relidded. It is overclocked to 4.8GHz at 1.155 Volts. My RAM is overclocked from 3,000MHz to 3,200MHz as well. There will be two monitors listed in the hardware list of my build; the Samsung is my main screen, and the ASUS is a secondary that I display HWiNFO64, Core Temp and Precision X1 on while gaming.

The only "mod" that I've done to this is removing the glass off the front panel to increase the airflow. Plus, I'm a Vaper, so that particular piece of glass gets film on it EXTREMELY easily, so cleaning it over and and over got to be a nuisance. I guess I also "modded" the PSU cover by using velcro to mount my Samsung SSD on it.

Oh, and yes, I did take the side panel glass off for the pictures, to kill the glare.
