Banal PC
Another O11 XL build, it might look the same as all the others but this one is mine or my wife's at least.
I had originally looked into upgrading her prior system with water cooling and doing an external radiator but we felt more comfortable keeping everything inside the case so I started from scratch. She liked my build, except for my LED color choice and I wanted to try out the front EK distro plate so another O11 it was.
I ended up doing a custom GPU support again, this time having one CNC milled and anodized black. I used both the internal bottom drain and top fill from the distro plate, using a pass though fitting at the bottom for the drain and a fill-port fitting at the top. I figured in the long run having proper ports will make for much easier maintenance for the loop.
A couple other aesthetic choices, I went with the EK Magnitude nickel plexi block but swapped to the black accent ring and got the black mounting frame. I also changed out the light guides on the G.Skill memory, I didn't like how the stock transparent white ones looked juxtaposed next to the acrylic of the CPU and GPU block. I was originally wanting to go the cheap route and use laser cut acrylic but due to the thickness and proximity of the cuts it couldn't be done. I ended up having them 3D printed in transparent resin and clear coated with a UV protectant spray paint. I then lightly sanded the bottom to diffuse the LEDs a bit.
