Completed my watercooled Meshlicious build. Very happy with the outcome of this SFF. I had my friend fab a bracket out of aluminum profile to mount the res brackets on it so that I can mate it to the pcie bracket and hang it. This was my only option since I am not using an FE card. Thank you to GTS81 for all the help and recommendations!

I am enjoying 25C on both the GPU and CPU under light load. Currently seeing about 52C when gaming on 1080 @ 240HZ. I have set the fans to 1200RPM, and the pump at 3200RPM. This build was completed last night so I need to have more time to play around with fan curves and optimize timings. So far I'm very satisfied with the almost silent operation. No coil whine from the GPU to report as well! I also have XMP enabled. Definitely won the lottery on these components as I have been seeing a lot of problems with z690 and ddr5.
