Pretty much done! Have some minor items to address (custom bottom bracket that I'll fabricate) but generally done.
April 19 - "The Tower" Case, Woo Audio tube headphone amp and Sennheiser 800 headphones
April 19 - My last "build" in 2013. Hey, it worked lol (incredibly). Now gonna take my time and do it right. Was sitting in the basement for last year.
April 20 - EKWB motherboard monoblock for MSI Meg Z390 Ace with Corsair water block for Nvidia RTX 2080 ti Founders Edition.
April 20 - EKWB monoblock
April 21 - Affixed Hardware Labs Nemesis 360 GTS radiator with three Corsair LL120 RGB fans. These will cool the motherboard mono block loop
April 21 - Removed the case's lower front SSD housing and other random brackets that I won't need. Case is too cluttered on the bottom, so by removing and give lots of room for my tube amplifier.
April 21 - Tube amp fits perfectly in the case and front glass panel will not interfere with amp controls. Will use fiberglass to cover the areas exposed due to removing the bottom face plate. Yes..this will work nicely……very nicely. *evil cackle*
April 22 - Making an acrylic internal back panel for tube holes, fan, wire outs and base for internal shelf bracket.
April 22 - Internal acrylic back wall attached. Will eventually cut in necessary holes and openings.
April 23 - more fabrication work to make the custom internal shelf I need to hold the reservoirs. Will also serve as a quasi heat shield from the tube amps, which get warmed when used. Used a bookshelf bracket.
April 23 - It fits! Not super pretty but gets the job done.
April 23 - Working on reservoir placement. Corsair (bitspower co-brand) fittings are starting to go in.
April 24 - hard tubing and fittings going in. Ran out of fittings so will need to wait for more to come in.
Added a location for Corsair LL120 RGB fan for amplifier cooling. Not pretty but getting there. Might go with Thermaltake Riing (mixed fan set-up).
May 3 Loops closed and done. Front of case. Will remove loops to add cables, cleaning and some length adjustments.
May 3 - Loops closed and done. Back of case.
May 5 - filled the loop with blue EKWB Cryofuel. Pressure tested. With EKWB pressure gauge and ran overnight. No leaks!
May 5 - back of the case. Now that loops is closed and filled working on cabling and wires.
May 7 - All fans, pumps and RGB work well. Windows 10 installed and temperatures look good !
