My default go-to setup for a rear intake on the S620.
One of my requirements was to fit a dual fan D15 and I was able to make it happen when I flipped the length-wise PSU bracket that came with the S620
The PSU gets its fresh air from the mobo side.
Rear intake with the rubber gasket that came with the NF-A12x25 PWM. Without this gasket, there is noticeable turbulence from the fan. The gasket reduced this ever so slightly.
Nudes.
With the flipped length-wise PSU mounted like I have, you can adjust the height of the PSU and fit a 25mm fan at the top!
If I ever need extra cooling, I can swap out the window panel with a vented panel and put another NF-A12x25 PWM on the side.
The additional side exhaust reduces overall temps roughly by about 5c.
As a future mod, I'd like to laser cut my spare window panel so that it becomes vented - and then I can have the best of both worlds. Just love seeing the full sized cooler in this case and maximize airflow.

I haven't built a PC in 15+ years. Laptops and gaming consoles suited my needs back then. Recently however, I decided to get back into PC building as I had more time at home. I also recently migrated to South East Asia and I thought this would be a good distraction until I get settled in.
I had fun building in the S620. The case is so easy to build in with plenty of room to get everything in. I also had as much fun trying different fan configurations and exploring how I could get a dual fan D15 with the PSU in length wise configuration. It is possible and you can refer to my photo build log for more details.
More recently, I have also been experimenting with an inverted S620 setup. I was able to print a custom shroud on the 3080 so it would exhaust towards the top and cool air coming in from the bottom and sides for the CPU. My gaming temperatures are much much better with this setup and the noise is much more pleasant (slight hum). The inverted S620 will likely be my final configuration, but I’m waiting for some custom cables and reprint the custom GPU shroud.
