I recently moved and found myself having a lot less space for my setup than I was used to.
So I used the opportunity for a new build which aims to accommodate my hardware in a more compact chassis which I can put on a small table.
I wanted to hold on to my oversized ATX PSU and since I already have an external radiator, the case only needed to be big enough for installing the pumps inside next to the hardware. After quite a lot of browsing, I found the Jonsplus i100 Pro to be a good compromise when it comes to size and features.
To fill out the remaining empty space I went for a flat reservoir which is sized like a 360mm radiator and put it in the top, this makes filling the loop a lot easier and quicker. Having a horizontal reservoir also has its downsides, but I figured that having more volume is worth it.
I also put 3x120mm slim fans in the bottom so the case doesn't heat up too much, but it isn't really necessary. At the moment, the RAM-cooler sticks out to the side of the case, so I can't put the sidepanel of the case in place. I'll make a new top for the cooler, which has the ports on the side.
Currently the whole loop is made with flexible 16/10mm tubing and that already was a bit tricky. The next step will be to go for hardtubing, I already have everything I need for the conversion but lack a bit of motivation. (^^)
Once I find some time to finish everything up I'll update the picture-section with nicer/better shots of everything.
