It took me a few weeks to learn to apply stable settings but I've been able to manage a substantial increase in both the i12700k processor and 3080ti. The stock timing on the DDR5 remains the same with XMP enabled.

For the i12700k, I changed the stock ratio to 50 for all pCores and 40 for all eCores, with a 0.060 undervolt using Adaptive settings in BIOS. The stable temperature range without load is 28-32c, under load using AIDA64 for 30 minutes is between 78-86c.

Fan curves were adjusted to 30% at 30c, 50% at 50c, 80% at 70c and 100% at 80c.

In MSI Afterburner I undervolted. Stable temps maxed at 74-77c in 3D Mark and Kombustor @ 1440p/60FPS and on general gaming stays within 56c-70c.
