Two Noctua fans pull air in from the side (through rim vents) while two HyperX SSDs in RAID 0 sit comfortably above. A large 200mm Thermaltake fan pulls air into the front.
Hanging upside-down from the cases's ceiling, a Strix RTX 2080 OC sits confidently above it all.
Look down into the case, the 32GB G.Skill RAM and GamerStorm AIO reflect into the black glass on the cases's floor.
Another view from the other side showing the GamerStorm AIO reflected in the black glass on the cases's bottom.
Dark Reflections (Upside-Down Rig)
The Upside-down Rig
The upside-down/inverted case where the motherboard is hanging from the case’s ceiling. There's nothing on the case's floor but dark black glass which reflects all the components above.
I was inspired by reflections in RTX technology and thought it'd be cool to build a rig that reflected light. It was quite a challenge to fit all the listed components in while maintaining clean aesthetics. The cables, radiator and power supply are all in the top chamber. All the components hang from the motherboard upside-down fixed securely by reinforcement to the case.
There is plenty of airflow with four intake fans and one exhaust plus the 2x120mm GamerStorm radiator/fans combo. I currently have the 9900K overclocked to 5.2GHZ with sustained max temps at max 90deg with ambient of 26deg Celsius.
There's also tons of storage with seven drives! Plus still another x4 PCIe slot to use.
Overall very happy with the outcome, hope you like it too.
