Build Updates
Replaced 4590 and board with with 3570K for better OC ability
I had a 4590- in here but replaced it with a $100 combo i found on Facebook Marketplace that included a 3570K and H77 motherboard that just happened to be.. blue. Because i wanted to overclock the 3570K I figured I'd put on the Cooler master Hyper 212 Black.
GPU?
So I have 2 choices. A 1050ti or a R9 290. I paid $50 for each and both are 4gb cards. Not sure which I want to use. The R9 is bigger and fills the space better.
BUT the R9 devours power and 450w won’t really cut it. If I change the PSU for the same cost I might. Which would you like to see?
Back together at last!!
Everything is back together for the most part. Look at all that blue. I put in the msi r9 290 gaming and it’s power hungry so I changed the psu to a rosewill 750w. 290 also has red highlights so might have to paint. It powers on and looks clean. Haven’t done much else. No modding ... yet.
