Multiseat setup (dual 4k workstation / single 1440p gaming)

Was running a 6700k on my last pc which i had built in highschool many years ago. Decided to build a new workstation/gaming pc based on 12th gen intel cpu and ddr5. As well as upgrade to a gen4 m.2 drive.
Saving up to purchase a 3080ti and a 4k monitor to go with it hopefully by the end of the month. For now just using the gtx1080 from my old pc.
