The story of the parts is quite interesting. The case is from and old Pentium 3 machine. The name of the computer comes from the sticker that the previous owner of the case had placed in the front of the case. The sticker says "OSTA MAC", which is Finnish and means "Buy a Mac).
The only case fan is a legendary orange Nexus 120mm fan. It is not attached with screws, but with some innovative rubber parts which old school pc builders will recognize (if you can call 2000s computers old school).
The processor is a used i7 2600 I got for free. The motherboard is HP Chicago / Pegatron IPISB-CH2 and is of the same origin as the CPU. The amount of RAM is 16GB and it is obviously DDR3, probably was also from the same place as the processor and mobo. CPU cooler is a basic Cooler Master / HP cooler.
The graphics card is a Palit GTX 570 1280MB. Runs 2010s games still quite well in 1080p (the low amount of memory is kind of a problem tho), though I am using an old Compaq S710 CRT monitor with this machine. I would upgrade the GPU but the motherboard doesn't support anything newer than a GTX 750. I have one GTX 750 but it is attached to an other machine. So I'm not bothering to upgrade the GPU as the current one is enough for my needs.
This machine is running the best operating system of all time: Windows 7. Professional edition and of course 64-bit.
