I ended up with some slightly used RAM from a buddy that upgraded to 16GB, so here's my 4th 2200G build. My goal was to see how cheap I could actually build a PC. The side fan in the case is actually pretty effective as it blows directly on the CPU and VRM and makes up for the front of the case being nearly sealed off.
The refurb mobo didn't have a backplate ( or "brace" if you're The Verge ) and I didn't notice in time. I ended up finding one on ebay for $5 from China. It showed up a month later and actually fit.
