Close up. Hooked to remote HDD's in back that I use for Plex server. Ignore that dust..
Smaller than a console.
SFF: S4M Media and Travel Build
Although I love my custom loop on my main desktop, it does not fit so well for the entertainment center. I wanted to dabble in the Mini-ITX size and I love the size of the S4M. I wanted a build that I could also take on work trips if need be. Only downside would be the exterior brick but it's not too bad to carry.
This was my first time making an AMD build and it performs perfectly. Normal load as a "media center" the Noctuas are silent. You won't even know it's on. On a few trips gaming hooked up to the hotel TV for a few hours you can easily push 60+ FPS 1080p and the temps were hanging around the 50C-60C range.
Not listed on the hardware but also snagged:
- NFC machined on/off switch - NFC case feet - NFC Zebrawood front bezel - Custom cables for this done by /u/pslate (perfect noctua theme tie in).
