This particular build was made for a Disabled Veteran that I had the pleasure of serving with while I was stationed in Japan. He uses his time and money to help other disabled Veterans in the area make it to their appointments and always supports those around him. His disabilities were enough that he genuinely needed an outlet, but his family was not well off and so couldn't afford to build or buy one himself.
