*update dec31: thanks for all the good comments, seems to be a very nice community here, i will do my best for update pictures, i have big ideas for that build long term, but i have to admit.... i want to boot the thing as fast as possible, all the parts are now on my main desk in my living room so i will go for "fast and cheap" short term so i can play with the Bios and OS and figure out how i will "mount" that 45lbs case(without component) on the wall or maybe build a custom desk for it....hours of pleasure ahead hehe *

Hi, first, i am a French Canadian so, sorry for my English, i will drop some pics of my current project for comment (mid/long term project)... this pc will be for some gaming and the management of my security camera/system

My last serious pc build was in 2005, i am since a mac user, plain and simple web surfing and office work. Now i need a pc for some windows dedicated software and thought "why not buy some cheap parts on amazon and build a 500$ cute pc, since (i think) i remember how"

We are now 2 weeks later and i have those: *update dec31*

-G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600mhz, CL16, 32g (2x16)*
-PSU Corsair RM650X*
-Corsair Dark Core*
-Deepcool castle 360 V2* (not received yet)
-CableMod orange and black extension kit* (not received yet)

Since i spent about 1000$(can$) already, idk if my 500$ budget is still achievable ... we'll see

More seriously, i need help/advice/ideas for where to go from here...

-I need a theme, i love purple and white but im thinking about maybe orange/chrome for Aorus theme, idk

-ryzen:3600x,3700x,3800x, idk

-gpu, something cheap to start (+/- 300$) and i will upgrade next winter for something serious

-water cooling: i will get a simple plug and play like the NZXT and build slowly my custom system piece by piece for a custom loop.. still need a theme tho
