The first picture here shows it all. The entire computer.
Let that sink in real quick, the entire PC is just what you see. Everything listed below stuffed in to what looks like a mostly empty case. If you scroll through the pictures you'll see that I had to get a little creative with my component choice and placement with a sprinkle of modding thrown here and there.
The STX motherboard out of a DeskMini A300 fit nicely inside the dimensions of the donor 600w Solid Gear PSU, and with the right choice of FLEX PSU (similar to what you get in server machines) I was able to get it to fit in there as well. I originally was just going to air cool the system, but my adventurous side got the better of me and I managed to mod a Corsair H60 pump and a tiny 80mm radiator, add some fittings to both of those, and create a tiny water cooling loop inside the case. The temps didn't get any better than air cooling, but I can at least now say "Hey, my Power Supply is water cooled" like a boss.
A last little side note, all of those cables sticking out the front of the PSU still fully function. They actually power the external GPU for the system.

2TB M.2 NVMe SSD
AMD Powercolor ITX 5700 (non-XT)
Slightly modded 300W PSU
Modded Corsair H60 CPU block
Modded 80mm radiator

Adding these parts to the hardware section of this site seems to be a chore. The A300 STX motherboard, Solid Gear PSU, POWERCOLOR ITX 5700, and Thermaltake Luna 14 fan aren't listed.
