It's been over a decade since I've done a running build log, but this retro find on the curb for the trash gives me a great opportunity for it. Will be an on-going retro project with some old school hardware, water cooling, and simple mods. I've always loved this case, just feels like a beast. This one is a bit beat up being put out to the pasture, but it wouldn't be retro without some wear and tear.
Have no clue for a project name yet, maybe something will come to me during the process. Feel free to drop a suggestion, I'm always up for opinions.

Mobo or CPU is bad, not sure which. Replacing with an i5 750 and will need to scrounge up some more DDR3 for testing.
Found this aftermarket cooler on PPCS for the 7900 GT, I think it would be cool. The stock fans are already blue so this would keep that blue theme going. Also thinking of using Mad Man Mods slanted GPU bracket he used on his Blue Zen build.
Her heart is beating.
She's alive and got a fancy schmancy aftermarket cooler for the 7900 GT.
GPU cooler success
The new legacy cooler fit like a glove and works perfect. It was working semi hard in slither.io and stayed a cool 39c. The blower style fan is not quiet though, it's funny how we forget how loud our rigs were back in the day. Makes you really appreciate modern fans and especially water cooling.
The slanted GPU bracket should be finished 3D printing tomorrow, can't wait to try it out! Also gave some nudes here, may be older and worn out, but nudes are nudes!
