Quiet build for competitive gaming

I built this in 2016, mostly for high-level competitive gaming. I focused on price-performance, not on looks. I didn't upgrade the build since except for a Samsung SSD in 2018. It also features a cheap CD/DVD-drive by LG that I couldn't be bothered to request it to be added to the database.
CPU overclocked to 4.1GHz, RAM at 3000MHz.

Monitor: AOC G2460PF 144Hz (still waiting for a 24-inch, 144Hz monitor with IPS-panel)
Mouse: Logitech G Pro Wireless
Keyboard: Razer Ornata Chroma (I prefer the clicky feel over MX Blues)

Audio equipment I currently use:
Sound Blaster X7
-> Teufel Aureol Real with V-Moda BoomPro
-> Audioquest Nighthawk
(-> funded Vokyl Erupt on Indiegogo, really excited for that one)
